Orders & product information

Rose and Betty Creations offers clothing including modern Filipiniana and made-to-order pieces. Read the size, color, availability and preparation information for each product. Contact the studio before ordering custom specifications or time-sensitive items. Prices are in Philippine pesos.

Pricing & payment

Your checkout review shows merchandise, any eligible coupon, delivery and the complete total. Payment options and current account details appear on the order payment page. Payments are verified by staff. Full payment is required unless a separate arrangement is confirmed with the studio. Retain your transaction reference.

Availability & preparation

Stock is checked again when an order is placed. Pre-orders depend on studio capacity and may require confirmation of measurements. Preparation estimates are expressed in working days and may change with complexity, fabric availability or holidays. Pending unpaid reservations may expire after 48 hours. Payment proofs awaiting review are not automatically released by the expiry worker.

Delivery

Online checkout supports the Philippines. Current delivery charges are ₱185.00 for Metro Manila and ₱210.00 for other Philippine provinces. Check the final total before placing your order. Contact the studio first for international requests; international checkout and rates are not offered on this website. Courier transit follows preparation and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Changes, cancellation & refunds

Unpaid Pending orders can be cancelled online before payment review starts. Other changes require contacting the studio. Custom production that has already started may limit cancellation or alteration options. Refunds, where agreed or legally required, are processed by the studio and appear in the order record after the actual refund transfer is recorded. A cancellation notice does not itself mean a refund was sent.

Problems with an item

Contact the studio promptly with the order number and relevant photos if an item is defective, incorrect or otherwise needs attention. Custom sizing and alteration requests are assessed individually. These policies do not exclude rights or remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Accounts, photographs & privacy

Keep your sign-in details private and provide accurate contact information. Upload only images you own or have permission to use. Payment receipts belong in the private payment form, not reviews or public galleries. See the privacy notice for how account and order information is handled.
