Information used to run the store

We use account details, delivery addresses, order history, submitted payment references and receipts, and support messages to provide shopping, payment verification, fulfillment and customer service. Profile photographs are optional and accessible to the account owner and authorized store staff.

Account security & preferences

Passwords are stored as password hashes. Sign-in sessions, security controls and essential cookies support account access and checkout. Appearance preferences may be saved in your account and browser. If enabled, an authenticator secret is protected for two-step sign-in.

Payments & delivery

Manual payment receipts are reviewed by authorized staff. Do not submit bank passwords, PINs or unnecessary financial details. The information needed to complete a payment or delivery may also be handled by the payment service or courier under their own policies.

Public content

Published reviews and studio-approved client stories are visible publicly. Please obtain permission from people in photographs before submitting them. Payment proof and profile-photo areas are separate from public review and catalog images.

Retention & requests

Order and financial records may need to be retained for fulfillment, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations. You may contact the store to request access, correction or deletion of personal information; deletion may be limited by those obligations. Deactivating an account does not automatically delete its order history.

Email & app behavior

Transactional emails may include recovery, verification and order updates. The installed web app caches selected public application files for offline guidance; private account and checkout pages are not intentionally stored in a shared app cache. Shopping and payments require an internet connection.
