Browse a collection, choose an available size and color, and add your piece to the shopping bag. Sign in, review delivery and the complete order total, then place your order. Follow the payment instructions and upload your receipt securely. Check My orders for payment verification and fulfillment updates.

Size labels depend on the piece. Check the product’s own size guidance before ordering. For a measurement chart or custom sizing, contact the studio before checkout. Do not assume the same size label fits identically across all collections. Any price adjustment is shown with the option or variant.

On-hand stock is reserved when your order is saved. Pre-order pieces need preparation; check the working-day estimate on the product page. Exact production timing, fabric availability and custom specifications should be confirmed with the studio. The order page shows a preparation date when one has been assigned.

Use the payment methods shown on your order’s payment page. Keep the transaction reference and upload a clear JPG, PNG or WebP receipt image up to 5 MB. The team verifies the payment; an uploaded screenshot does not itself establish payment. Full payment is required unless the studio explicitly agrees otherwise. If a proof needs correction, read the reviewer’s note and resubmit from the order page.

Checkout currently supports Philippine addresses. Metro Manila: ₱185.00. Other Philippine provinces: ₱210.00. Review the final amount before placing an order. Preparation and courier transit are separate. Tracking information appears in your order after the studio assigns a courier. Contact us first for any international request; international checkout is not currently enabled.

Enter your code during the delivery-review step. Eligibility, expiry, minimum spend, global usage and per-customer limits are checked on the server. Discounts apply to merchandise, not shipping. Coupon uses count placed orders; cancellation does not automatically restore a use.

You can cancel an unpaid Pending order before payment review begins. Otherwise, contact the studio. Once custom production starts, changes or cancellations require direct discussion. A refund is not automatic: the studio must process the transfer and record its amount and reference before the order shows a completed refund. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

Use Install the app in your account menu where supported. On iPhone or iPad, open Safari, select Share, then Add to Home Screen. The app needs a connection for current stock, account data and purchases. When a new version is available, choose Update app after saving form changes. Check app updates is also available in the profile dropdown; you do not normally need to reinstall.
